Did you know that the judge who tried Trump's case was supposed to be randomly chosen out of a pool of judges? How was Merchan eligible for this when he was not in the pool AND he is an "acting" judge?
He was also "randomly selected' for two other Trump cases in the same year.

Why not just dismiss Trump's case? Because the democrats want Trump to be labeled as a convicted felon when Biden goes out.
